McHale vs. Rambis: Best Celtics-Lakers Play Of All Time

This year's Celtics-Lakers matchup brings back visions of their fierce battles throughout several decades. Many great players come to mind. Russell, West, Bird, Magic, Kobe, Pierce and many many more.
My favorite memory between these 2 teams centers around Kevin McHale putting an old school hard playoff foul on Kurt Rambis on a breakaway layup in game 3 of the 1984 finals.
The Celtics had given up home court advantage and were down 76-70 and 2-1 in the series. Rambis, a power forward in black horn rimmed glasses on the Showtime Lakers, broke out on a fast break heading for an easy basket. McHale prevented the layup by clotheslining Rambis.
Rambis got up and started after McHale before tripping over a cameraman. He was helped up and calmed down by Larry Bird. The benches cleared but no punches were thrown.
The call? Technical foul on McHale.
That's it.
No flagrant, no ejection, no suspension for McHale or those who left the bench.
Ahh the good ol days of physical basketball.
The play turned the momentum of the game and series. The Celtics went on to win both.
I don't want to see anyone get hurt. But wouldn't it be funny if Big Baby put a hit like this on Sasha Vujacic in these finals?

Kristen Stewart: ::: Hate paparazzi

KristenStewart,Twilight star, that being photographed by the paparazzi makes her feel like she’s being raped.
She said“Your little persona is made up of all the places that people have seen you and what has been said about you, and usually the places that I am are so overwhelming in the moment and fleeting for me — like on second where I’ve said something stupid, that’s me, forever,
From source:
"She was just in a bad mood because of the photographers,” a source, who asked for a picture but was refused, told an Aussie newspaper.She sprinted along the wharf trying to get away.
She was swearing at them and tried running into a restaurant, but the door was locked.
“She was saying, ‘Stop taking my picture.” Kristin also said,

“What you don’t see are the cameras shoved in my face and the bizarre intrusive questions being asked, or the people falling over themselves, screaming and taunting to get a reaction.“All you see is an actor or a celebrity lit up but a flash.It’s so… The photos are so… I feel like I’m looking at someone being raped. A lot of the time I can’t handle it.“It’s f**ked. I never expected that this would be my life.”

Green Tea

Green Tea

Is any other food or drink reported to have as many health benefits as green tea? The Chinese have known about the medicinal benefits of green tea since ancient times, using it to treat everything from headaches to depression.Green tea has been used as a medicine in China for at least 4,000 years.

To sum up, here are just a few medical conditions in which drinking green tea is reputed to be helpful:

* cancer
* rheumatoid arthritis
* high cholesterol levels
* cariovascular disease
* infection
* impaired immune function

The antioxidant-filled leaves of green tea have natural photo-protective properties, which means it strengthens your skin's defense against the harmful, aging rays of the sun. Look for organic versions which are nowadays very reasonably priced for optimal potency.

Danica Patrick: 6th place in indy rally

popular IndyCar driver had been booed a week earlier after the crowd heard her complaints about Danica patrick's car over loudspeakers after her poor qualifying effort. But on Sunday, she praised her Andretti Autosport team.
"I'm very happy with the result, and the reasons we got it were our pit stops rocked and we had a perfect strategy,"danica said. "We did struggle a little bit in the early going (and) almost went a lap down (to the leaders)."
I'm really glad that yellow (flag) came out at the end because we were cutting it real close on fuel," she said.

But she gradually climbed through the field.

Gone Clubbin' Con Los Suns De Phoenix

Los Phoenix Suns, with their beloved leader Steve Nash, are out of the playoffs again. They played great basketball in all 3 series of their playoff run, but didn't have enough to survive Kobe, Artest and the strategies of Phil Jackson. Nash showed tremendous heart during the playoffs by playing well despite a gashed & swollen shut eye and then a broken nose while missing only a few minutes of action in the process.
Now Los Suns face an off-season of uncertainty as power forward Amar'e Stoudemire plans to test free agency. He's been unhappy in Phoenix for some time and is likely interested in joining forces elsewhere with LeBron James or Dwyane Wade.
Losing Amar'e could work out fine for the Suns if they are able to replace him with Steve Nash's old running buddy Dirk Nowitzki. At 36, Nash is too old for rebuilding and the Suns are in a "win now" mentality. Dirk is at a similar stage in his career and would be a good fit with his offensive skills alongside the developing paint presence of Robin Lopez.
Granted, neither Nash nor Nowitzki have ever won anything beyond MVP trophies. And the Suns probably wouldn't even make the finals with Dirk in the mix. But at least their reunion would be another fun chance for them to go clubbin' like they used to back in the day.
For now, Nash is trying to help Barbosa get the hell out of Phoenix without getting arrested for being a foreigner in Arizona. The rest of Los Suns have gone clubbin' for the summer. Tequila anyone?
